We can get caught up in the complexity and the feeling of overwhelm, often tangling ourselves up in the process.

We become disconnected from our natural curiosity, creativity and connection to ourselves, losing trust in how to move forwards.

Who do I work with?I work with busy professionals, entrepreneurs and anyone who has felt caught in the relentless pursuit of external success. We are all at a different phases of the journey, my mission is to create space for all to reconnect with the holistic, authentic sense of self.

What is coaching?Coaching is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counselling. The coaching process addresses your specific personal goals. These goals may be oriented towards career, relationships, family, personal matters, well-being or life balance.

What type of coach am I?I am a Holistic Well-being Life Coach and a Certified Yoga Teacher, which means I work with you are, not what you do. I combine my skills to offer an approach to coaching which includes mind and body practices, breathwork techniques and movement. As an Association for Coaching credentialed coach, I work with the ethical coaching standards and continue to learn and develop through on-going education and training.
